1 chicken spaghetti
1 mudpie
1 scoop of apple pie ice-cream
1 scoop of reverseo ice-cream
1 scoop of cookies and cream ice-cream
1 scoop of strawberry sorbet
1 scoop of teh tarik ice-cream
1 scoop of yoghurt ice-cream
1 prawn noodles from adam's food centre
1 sparkling ribena
1 popiah
1 mash potato
divide all these food stuff by half and that's what i ate.
to hell with diet at least i had fun tdy :D
